Here are some tips of things that you can do to speed up recovery:
- Sleep propped up with several pillows keeping your head elevated.
- We recommend the use of ice for the first 48 hours, 20 minutes on 20 minutes off, apart from when you are sleeping and eating, this reduces both bruising and swelling. We will show you the easiest way to do this.
